Enjoy a delicous cup of John's Special Handcrafted hot cocoa. Our cocoa starts with our rich and creamy cocoa made with real milk, real vanilla, rich Ghirardelli cocoa powder,  Swiss chocolate compound (a concentrated chocolate flavor stronger than an extract) and a hint of cinnamon. Then we add a layer of mini marshmallows followed by a small scoop of double vanilla ice cream, and topped with whipped cream. We do not add any sugar to the cocoa, so once the marshmallows, ice cream, and whipped cream are added, the cocoa has the perfect level of sweetness.
