Porch Pickups
Eastvale pickups are available Saturdays and limited hours on Sundays.

You will receive a confirmation email & text when your order is ready for pickup.
West Covina pickups are available on Sundays only between the hours of 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm (or by special arrangement). 

Since we are a home bakery, and have regular errands and family business to take care of, based on the agreed upon pickup time, timely order pickups are appreciated. Additionally, we are unable to leave orders on the front porch as it would be a violation of the Riverside County Health code, (not to mention the risk of having items stolen by porch pirates.)

Shipping

Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail on the next business day from the original order date, unless otherwise specified.  Contact us if you would like to request overnight shipping.

Cancellations

Ingredients and products are purchased and/or prepared shortly after your order is received.

For this reason, once you receive your order confirmation, refunds will not be issued for cancellations. However, we may offer an opportunity to reschedule your order for another day and all situations will be reviewed and honored on a case by case basis.

At Sweet Gerard's we are committed to providing the highest quality and freshest bakery products to our customers. If you are not satisfied with the quality of any of our products for any reason, please let us know and we will work to resolve the issue.

Custom Cake Orders

We always try to exceed customer expectations when we do custom cake orders. However there may be times or scenarios where we will not be able to take an order. All custom cake requests will be evaluated on a case by case basis depending on our availability and content. As we are a family business with a bakery in honor of our son, we will not accept any orders we deem as inappropriate content. We understand cases such as this will likely be few and far between, but we have received  a few requests in the past that we were not able to take for those reasons. We appreciate your consideration and understanding in this matter.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, and text messages.

It's important to note that third-party services, such as Google Analytics or other applications offered through the Wix App Market, placing cookies or utilizing other tracking technologies through Wix´s services, may have their own policies regarding how they collect and store information. As these are external services, such practices are not covered by the Wix Privacy Policy.
