Sweet Gerard’s Dubai Chocolate Shortbread Tarts are a unique twist on the wildly popular Dubai chocolate bars. The tarts are a fancier version of our Dubai bars.
 
Our tarts start with a crunchy real butter shortbread and a hint of cinnamon. The crust is then topped with a creamy decadent pistachio filling made with the highest quality pistachio creme (containing 55% pistachios), along with a rich sesame tahini blended with shredded kadayif, toasted in real butter to a perfect crunch. Finally our bars are topped with a smooth and rich Guittard dark chocolate layer and sprinkled with sea salt flakes.
 
Alternatively for those who prefer hazelnut to pistachio, it’s also available in a Nutella variant and white chocolate hazelnut variant (this variant has a stronger hazelnut flavor not overpowered by the cocoa flavor). All variants are still topped with dark chocolate unless by special request.
