Our take on the Filipino classic “Mango Float” I learned how to make this from my Aunty RocRoc many years ago. Graham crackers covered in a sweet cream and layered with fresh Philippine mangos, our homemade whipped cream and sprinkled with crushed cashews. Lightly sweet and refreshing!

  • The Mango Float is approximately a 5" square and should be refrigerated or frozen. The traditional method of serving is to freeze before hand and thaw about 15-30 minutes before serving. It can also be served chilled from the refrigerator depending on preference.
